Adexen Recruitment Agency is mandated by an international FMCG Group. The company is looking to employ a Capex Procurement Manager on a 2 year
contract, whose functional area will be supply chain in its Engineering Department.
Job description
The Capex Procurement Manager will be responsible for securing product
quality and output reliability and he will manage Capital Expenditure in line with the agreed cash flow.
Job Responsibilities
■Prepare enquiry documents and order on all company Capital projects.
■Ensure requisitions are raised; follow up on approval and order confirmation, Payment and delivery for all CAPEX Equipment/machines/tools.
■Provide Capex machine delivery update.
■Ensure all Capital projects invoices are verified against progress before payments are made.
■Manage Capex expenditure in line with agreed cash flow.
■Ensure that all the company’s Capital projects are completed within schedule, quality and cost limits and OTIF
■Participate in preparation of brief, project planning schedules, weekly Project milestone/report update commissioning and startup operations of new Projects and interpreting the company requirement into technical proposal.
■Manage safety and environment in the team and ensure compliance.
As necessary and directed to assist Engineering Manager on Engineering procurement and installation of Capital projects

Job Qualifications et experience
■A B.Sc degree or HND compulsorily with a Masters degree in Engineering.
■Similar Experience as a Capex procurement Manager .
■Minimum of 3 – 5 years work experience in a similar role.
■Ensure implementation of TPM and must be good at Inventory management.
■Must be good at General Project Management.
■Must be able to use Microsoft project, power point software and other general computer software.
■Ability to work without supervision
■Have experience in Plant Operation
■Must possess demonstrable and measurable success in a similar role
■Must possess all skills required in this profession
