Reporting to the Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for overall project planning and scheduling, resource allocation, project accounting, and control, while providing technical direction and ensuring compliance with quality standards. Key performance indicators include Project Planning, Cost Management, Time Management, Quality Management, Contract Administration, and Safety Management.
An engineering graduate, you must have a minimum of 10 years experience in project management with excellent communication skills. You must have the ability to plan and organize a team effort, motivating, leading and boosting morale of the teams. Good client management, effective time management and logical decision-making ability are equally essential. You must be willing to travel extensively across all regions of the country.
